  • The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

  • The request for a refund must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund via an
alternative method, such as store credit.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited
to:
● Customized or personalized products
● Clearance or final sale items
● Shipping costs

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon
receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a
replacement or issuing a refund.

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when
returning items for a refund, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a
defective/damaged item.

9. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or high-value
items. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item
back into inventory.

10. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned but not in
their original condition, damaged, or missing parts. The amount of the partial
refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.

12. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items
Refunds for items purchased with a promotional code or at a discounted price will

For returns from outside the United States, please note that additional customs
